It finally came! Mike bought me an SLR camera for our anniversary. I have been hinting to him for awhile that I wanted one. I really want to start my own photography business because I feel like it's something I can do when we have kids. He got it from Costco and it came in the mail last week. So now I need to practice with it and get used to it. I have been reading the user's manuel now for the last week and have found some sweet stuff the camera does. Now I need people/families to take pictures of. Seeming as most people who read my blog don't live by me, I guess I'll have to take pictures of Mike! :) I'm going home this weekend for my nephew's birthday party, so hopefully I can get a feel for the camera and get some great shots. I have also been taking a photoshop class here at the local adult school and am learning so much. I will post when I get back!

I am so jealous!! I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to get a camera and take pictures! You will have to teach me all you know! I am excited for you Nae! I can't wait to see all the pics you take! I wish I was their to be your model.... OF COURSE I would be a great one!

read this book. You can get it on amazon for about $17. It is so worth every penny. It is what 2 teachers based thier who class on when I took classes.
