Take a Hike

This morning we decided to go for a hike for our work out instead of our normal run.  We headed up to Rock Canyon, which is above the Provo temple.  It was overcast, so it made it nice weather for a hike.  We had to get outside this weekend because it seems that the snowy weather is fast approaching and the fall colors are leaving.  We got some great pictures of Provo lake and the leaves falling.  On our way down the mountain we ran into a creepy Halloween creature that gave us a little scare!  I'm glad we were able to climb high enough to get a good work out for the day.
